Return and Refund Policy
Purpose for Cancellation, postponement, and refund policy
Mntambo Safety Services and Construction (Pty) Ltd is committed to providing quality training and assessment in accordance with the SAQA Unit Standards and other Relevant Legislation and better service of all works we do. As such, Mntambo Safety Services and Construction (Pty) Ltd is required to have and provide detail of a fair and reasonable refund process.
The purpose of this policy is to provide for the appropriate handling of client refunds.
Policy Statement Mntambo Safety Services and Construction (Pty) Ltd is committed to ensuring fair and reasonable refund practices. Enhance Training and services will:
Implement and maintain a process for fair and reasonable refund of fees paid; and
Provide refunds for fees and charges paid by individuals/ clients, where training and assessment activities have not been delivered.
Policy Principles
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class.
Cancellations and postponements must be done in writing, either by email or Company letter.
If less than 5 working days’ notice is given, the 90% course cost fee will be payable and 10% will cover the administration Cost. For any other services 100% of the payment will be refunded if the investigation outcome confirms that we were at fault
The refund will take up to 7 to 30 working days to be returned to into the Client account.
No refund will be given if the Cancellation was made in a day of the Course unless it was an emergency.
The number of learners booked by Companies, will be the number of learners invoiced, if the cancellation policy had not been adhered to.
The date of cancellation / postponement shall be the date received by Mntambo Serviices.
Full refunds will only be given if you have given us 10 working days’ notice before the course commencement date.
Refunds will be processed within seven days from the date on which supporting documents have been submitted to info@mntamboservices.co.za
